How does The Nutrition Shop work?
- After you register you will receive an email with an invitation to the program, an online consultation form, and a calendar to schedule your private consultation call. If you miss your email simply reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Complete your initial 60-minute consultation call with your coach, and outline your health and wellness goals.
- Follow your coach's instructions and complete a 7-day food log.
- After your 7-day food log, you will receive your custom meal plan, grocery list, and daily/ weekly meal plan.
- Follow up with a private update/ nutrition counseling call with your coach to assess goals and monitor progress.
- After you complete the 30- Day Meal Plan you can choose to continue to work with your personal nutrition coach at a discounted rate or move forward with your new habits + healthy eating program.

A: You can begin TNS anytime! There are only a few spots available and once they are gone we won't be taking any new clients, but you can join us anytime spots open up!

A: We work with men and women with all kinds of restrictions as well as specific food preferences, or preferred nutritional protocols. We will work together to understand your needs and food desires.
Q: I am on a strict food budget, can I still do this program?
A: YES! The Nutrition Shop will be 100% based on your goals, your needs, your body, your food preferences, and of course, your food availability and budget!
Q: What if I am super busy and I don't want to cook every day?
A: We can plan fresh meals daily or utilize leftovers and food recreation (making bulk and using it in different ways!).
Q: I have a family, do I have to cook separate meals for them?
A: No, you don't have to! All of your meals and recipes can be modified for a family, spouse, or partner. Everyone in your family can benefit from your healthy meal plan!
