The Ladies Bowhunter Program is a custom program built specifically for you and your upcoming hunts. This program utilizes high intensity modalities with focus on building your endurance, and incorporating shooting and focus, however it is 100% modifiable to YOUR current fitness level!

This is a fully customized program designed specifically for the Lady Bowhunter with check in's done in our integrated training app. It includes:
-initial assessment and goal outline with your coach
-5 home (or gym) based workouts per week - 3 High intensity, 2 core/ recovery
-access to our private Facebook group
-access to group chat and accountability in the training app
-food tracking with My Fitness Pal integration
-bi monthly check in with your coach
-progress reports with stats and charts to see improvements
-and much more!
The Her Inspired Fitness - Ladies Bowhunter Program is a 12 week training program completed in 4 week (month to month, paid monthly) phases. This is a month to month program with no other obligations if you choose not to continue or finish the program for any reason.
